TUFFA's Fire Protected tank range consists of a plastic inner and outer tank with a " fire barrier " around the inner tank to provide fire resistance. This allows the oil tank to be located within 1.8m of combustible structures, openings in buildings and eaves, the tank can also be positioned within 760mm of a combustible boundary.

Fire Resistance - 30 minutes fire resistance is acceptable for domestic installations where the optional 60 minute resistance is required for commercial installations

Offload Options - This product can be delivered with a HIAB offload, alternatively you can provide your own offloading facilities on site. Offloading is to the side of the vehicle only.

Outlet Options - This tank is supplied with a 1" BSP Bottom Outlet as Standard, a 10mm top outlet is available if required. 

Installation:

All TUFFA Fire Protected tanks should be installed on a level non-combustible base which extends 300mm beyond the perimeter of the tank (with the exception of any sides which are adjacent fire rated walls - in this case a minimum of 100mm should be provided). The installation should be completed by a competent person and signed off either through building control or a competent persons scheme (such as APHC).

FREE delivery of this product includes most UK mainland locations, however postcodes DD, DG, TD, PH, IV, KW, HS, AB, PA, KA, ML, EH, KY, FK and G as well as offshore locations will incur an additional delivery surcharge.
