This pump chamber is designed for pumping sewage waste up to a disposal point such as a mains sewer, septic tank, treatment plant or even cesspool. 

Building regulations state that pump chambers should have 24 hours storage in the event of a breakdown, therefore based upon the flow rate of 150 litres per person a day, this pump chamber would be suitable for a house of up to 7 bedrooms with a population of 9PE. 

This twin pump model gives you the reassurance that should a pump fail the pump station remains operational, allowing you time to repair or replace the failed pump.

High-Level Alarm:

This mains alarm warns the user that the chamber is full and the pump has either failed or become blocked and is not functioning. If the alarm sounds you know not to use the facilities until the pump has been serviced or repaired otherwise you risk waste backing up and flooding the property. We strongly recommend you select this option!

Control Panel:

The control panel allows the functioning of the pump in the pump station to be monitored locally on-site. The control panel warns of any issues such as pump failure whilst also protecting the pump from running dry as well as many other benefits to maintain the life and smooth operation of the pump - full details can be found in the PDF download section.

Delivery:

FREE delivery of this product includes the UK Mainland but excludes Highlands (AB, KW, IV, PH & PA postcodes) and offshore locations and is also subject to suitable access for a large goods vehicle. This product is delivered to the kerbside. It is the customers responsibility to provide suitable mechanical offloading facilities (eg. JCB excavator or loader) to offload this tank.
