By utilising proven biological processes, the Rewatec Solido Smart treats wastewater in optimised batches. Not only does this remove the need for primary treatment, it also reduces energy consumption, allowing you to save on annual running costs. 
With a small tank footprint and a fully pre-assembled, plug and play design, the Rewatec Solido Smart is extremely quick and easy to install. Due to its robust and reliable design, it can also be installed in all groundwater environments. 
Each Rewatec Solido Smart is equipped with an electronic control panel to ensure that outflow values can be set and maintained during operation. For periodic usage, or periods with no usage, “economic mode” can be selected to reduce the amount of oxygen induced in the tank by 50% of the set value for a maximum of 30 days. This again maximises energy efficiency whilst also reducing cost and carbon footprint.

Solido Gravity or Pumped Outlet:

The Solido is available with either a gravity or pumped outlet. Gravity outlets are suitable where the outflow of the tank is higher than the watercourse or drainage field it is discharging into. Pumped outlets are used when the wastewater needs to be pumped uphill away from the plant to either a watercourse or drainage field.

Invert Depths:

The Solido Smart is supplied as standard with a trimmable neck which allows for a minimum invert depth of 490mm and a maximum invert depth of 890mm. The maximum invert can be increased by a further 400mm by adding an optional riser. If in doubt it is cheaper to buy an extra riser with the tank as Premier Tech charge £75.00(+VAT) carriage for risers supplied after the tank has been delivered.

Blower Power Supply Cable Length:

The power supply to the Solido Smart blower, as standard, is a 15 metre cable to connect directly into the control panel. Should your installation require a longer cable, a 30 metre option is available. Please note that the control panel must be sited in an enclosed/dry location.

De-Sludge Extension Kit:

Please select this option if using risers, this extension kit includes a 1m pipe and socket to extend the de-sludge access to ground level.

Delivery:

FREE delivery of this product includes the UK Mainland but excludes postcodes in PA, IV, KW, and offshore locations and is also subject to suitable access for a large goods vehicle. This product is delivered to the kerbside. It is the customers responsibility to provide suitable mechanical offloading facilities (eg. JCB excavator or loader) to offload this tank.
