Oakland's grease traps are designed to separate Fats, Oils and Greases (FOG's) which are found in the wastewater from kitchens and other catering establishments. Grease traps stop the FOG's from entering the main sewer or sewage treatment system, preventing kitchen down time, blockages and costly repairs.

This below-ground grease trap is supplied with a 450mm diameter pedestrian duty cover. There are options of either 110 or 160mm pipework connections and risers to allow a deeper installation. 

All grease traps should be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure efficient operation and all waste should be disposed of by a registered waste carrier at a registered disposal site.

All of Oakland's tanks are delivered directly to the site by the manufacturer on a large goods vehicle. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure suitable access and offloading facilities.
