Description

The new Klargester BioAir 4 Economy sewage treatment plant is suitable for properties up to and including 10 bedrooms. The BioAir uses proven aerated technology to deliver a high-level water quality. As well as being suitable for domestic properties, the BioAir 4 with a PE of 12 persons is also suitable for small commercial applications.

Choosing the right sewage treatment plant is important, as in the case of a property alteration or extension, Building Control will strongly advise for a plant which is suitable for handling the increased flows and loads of the new development.

BioAir Economy Units are supplied with an isolator and failure light. The Isolator with power failure light (in the blower box) can be mounted externally at a point where it is easily visible from the property. But the failure light is not as prominent as a beacon, supplied with the BioAir Premiums Control Panel.

Options:

Gravity or Integral Pumped System (IPS):

Gravity is the standard no-cost option, however where the inlet to the watercourse or soakaway is higher than the outlet of the treatment plant you will require the optional Integral Pumped System (IPS) as this will pump the wastewater uphill and into your discharge point. Depending upon site conditions the IPS system will pump from 1.0m head up to a distance of 200m or a maximum of 6.0m head with a distance of 15m - Please contact us on 0800 0568 350 should you require more information on the IPS and its capabilities.

Invert Depth:

The standard invert depth is 500mm however, where a deeper invert is required there is the option of adding risers to increase it to a maximum of 2.0m for both gravity or IPS systems.

Delivery:

FREE delivery of this product includes the whole of the UK Mainland (including Scotland) and is subject to suitable access for a large goods vehicle. This product is delivered to the kerbside. It is the customers responsibility to provide suitable mechanical offloading facilities (eg. JCB excavator or loader) to offload this tank or alternatively, you can select the cost option of a hi-ab offload.
