A lockable lid is also an option, should you require a lid made specifically to fit certain requirements please contact our sales team to arrange this. Overfill Prevention Devices are available, please note this may reduce the capacity of the tank by 10%.

Gauges:

Apollo Visual - The Apollo Visual contents gauge and comprises of a tank mounted transmitter unit and a plug-in receiver unit. The tank transmitter constantly checks the level in the tank displaying the level on the transmitter and transmits this to a plug in receiver unit which displays the level on the easy to read LCD screen inside your home for your convenience. 

4ft Spiral Float Gauge - Mechanically operated this high precision one-piece float gauge mounted vertically from the top of the tank allows the magnetic coupling to measure the level in the tank.

Clock Face Gauge - This gauge reads out the contents in increments of 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full. Easy to read an operate this gauge requires no power and is a cost-effective solution.

Next Day 24Hr Delivery if ordered by 12.00 Noon, Mainland UK only and excludes postcodes AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, PL, SA, TR, TQ.

Two Day 48Hr Delivery if ordered by 12.00 Noon, Mainland UK only and excludes postcodes AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, PL, SA, TR, TQ.

All deliveries are Monday - Friday and subject to stock availability. The first available delivery after 12.00 noon on a Friday would be the following Tuesday. 

Tanks with locking lids are special orders and may take up to 15 working days for delivery.

This tank is offloaded at the kerbside.

Additional Information:

Single skin oil tanks can be installed at a domestic property where a tank with secondary containment (or bunded tank) is not required.

Generally, a single skin tank cannot legally be installed if the tank is:

• in excess of 2500 litres
• within 10m of controlled water (river, stream, ditch, soakaway, septic tank etc.)
• located where a spillage could enter a loose fitting manhole or open drain
• within 50m of a well, borehole or spring
• located over a hard surface where a spillage could enter controlled water
• in a position where the vent pipe outlet is not visible from the fill point
• within an Environment Agency source protection zone 1 (see www.environment-agency.gov.uk)
• or in close proximity to any other environmental hazard
• All commercial properties must have tanks with secondary containment if they store over 200 litres of oil (single skin tanks can be used as long as they are inside a masonry bund which is impervious to oil and contains 110% of the primary tanks capacity).
