Manufactured by Schutz this UN-approved IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) is manufactured from blow-moulded HDPE, encased in a steel jacket and suitable for flammable or highly flammable liquids. 

This IBC has a galvanised mild steel jacket, large identification plate, large documentation plate (on the opposite side to the outlet valve) and is mounted on a 4-way entry galvanised mild steel perimeter pallet. The inner container is light-duty blow moulded HDPE in a natural colour with volume graduations in gallons and litres.

As with most IBCs this tanks outlet is fitted with a standard 50mm integral butterfly valve, inner seal ETFE, with S60 x 6 male thread and screw cap.  The tank lid is a 150mm top centre screw cap with TPE seal , protective galvanised steel valve guard and 2" anti-pressure vent.

This IBC is UN Certified for packaging groups II & III to a maximum Specific Gravity of 1.6. It is also suitable for zone 1 filling when earthed.

If this IBC is used for storing fuel it should be stored on a compliant IBC bund.
