The new Klargester BioAir 8 Economy sewage treatment plant is suitable for small groups of domestic properties.  The BioAir uses proven aerated technology to deliver a high-level water quality. As well as being suitable for domestic properties, the BioAir 8 with a PE of 35 persons is also suitable for small commercial applications.

Choosing the right sewage treatment plant is important, as in the case of a property alteration or extension, Building Control will strongly advise for a plant which is suitable for handling the increased flows and loads of the new development.

BioAir Economy Units are supplied with an isolator and failure light. The Isolator with power failure light (in the blower box) can be mounted externally at a point where it is easily visible from the property. But the failure light is not as prominent as a beacon, supplied with the BioAir Premiums Control Panel. 

The BioAir 8 is only available with a gravity outlet. If a pumped outlet is required then a separate final effluent pump station will need to be installed.
