This Tank Water Soaker is specifically designed to soak up water from inside fuel storage tanks and absorbs up to a massive 1.56 litres of water.

Condensation naturally occurs in all fuel storage tanks and causes contamination in the form of water that settles on the bottom of the tank. Using a Tank Water Soaker in your tank allows this water to be soaked up as it occurs and can prevent costly breakdowns due to water contamination. When water is absorbed the nylon bladder extends into the mesh containment tube. The soaker has a diameter of 100mm and is 300mm in length.

Instructions:

Simply, lower the water soaker into the tank and make sure it settles on the bottom, then attach the cord (which is 3m in length) to the fill point or vent so that the soaker can be retrieved when it reaches maximum absorbency. Check monthly and replace when fully expanded.

The Tank Water Soaker works perfectly if used with a new diesel or heating oil tank and is checked and changed periodically as it will prevent a large amount of water from building up through condensation.
