Designed for use with large capacity fuel storage tanks, this fuel recirculation and conditioner kit prevents fuel from becoming stagnant, as well as preventing microbial growth within the tank. Ideal for tanks where there is little turnover of fuel, but keeping fuel fresh is critical, this kit automatically recirculates 150% of the tank's contents over a period of 28 days, filtering 5000 litres of fuel per day. This is controlled by a fully adjustable timer. This kit is suitable for tanks up to 65,000 litres capacity.

The recirculation kit is fitted with a 250-micron inlet strainer, fuel then passes through a pre-filter fuel conditioner to break up bacterial growth. Supplied with a 230v PIUSI Pump the kit is fitted to a wall/tank mount plate and is weatherproof, suitable for installation outdoors. As standard, this kit comes with a 10-micron particle and water filter, with water drain and clear bowl to check for contaminants, optional 2-micron filters are available.

In the instance that the pump rate drops, this is indicative of a clogged filter, the flow switch closes and the warning light will flash to warn of the issue. A more advanced alarm system is available with the Advanced Kit, please see the options below for more information.

Advanced Kit (RKA) - The advanced kit available offers a more comprehensive alarm system, as well as the ability to connect this kit to a BMS system. The advanced kit includes;

• Large powerful flashing beacon
• Alarm 90db
• Alarm mute - stops sounder, light continues flashing
• Alarm reset - cancels the alarm, when the pump starts again if the problem is not rectified the alarm will sound again
• Pump test button
• Pump running/stop outputs (passive contacts) for connection to a BMS system

Filter Option - Supplied as standard with a 10-micron particle and water filter, HYTEK offer two CIMTEK particle and water filters as alternatives, either a standard 2-micron or 2-micron high capacity filter can be selected to replace the 10-micron particle and water filter. 

Remote Warning Device - If required, this kit can be connected to the HYTEK Remote Warning Device. This device is complete with;
