The Rewatec SAF sewage treatment plant is manufactured from GRP and benefits from a 20-year warranty on the tank and 12 months on the kiosk and its equipment. Using proven submerged aerated filter (SAF) technology the SAF unit is ideal for a wide range of applications including camping and caravan sites, industrial sites, offices and recreation facilities such as sports centres, hotels and pubs. The standard range includes units up to 100PE however larger systems can be quoted upon request up to 600PE.

CSAF Units are supplied with gravity outlets as standard. If you require a pumped outlet option please contact us for a site-specific quote.

Options:

Invert Depths:

The standard invert depth is 1m. This can be increased by a maximum of 1m giving a total maximum depth of 2m. If selecting the 2m depth this includes 1m extensions for all the shafts on the tank.

Backfill Material:

There is a choice of tank shells suitable for either concrete or granular backfill (depending on ground conditions).

Ammonia (NH3) Levels:

Depending upon the site location, sometimes a lower Ammonia level is required by the Environment Agency. The CSAF units above 60PE have options of discharging either 20, 10 or 5 mg/L of Ammonia. 20 mg/Litre is the standard plant efficiency. Choosing an efficiency of 10 or 5 mg/Litre will require a 3 phase electrical supply and extend the physical length of the plant and also increase the size of the blower - please see the Operation Manual for details.

Sample Chamber:

A GRP Sample chamber can be provided with options of either 110 or 160mm pipework depending upon your site requirements.

Delivery:

FREE delivery of this product includes the UK Mainland but excludes Highlands and offshore locations and is also subject to suitable access for a large goods vehicle. This product is delivered to the kerbside. It is the customers' responsibility to provide suitable mechanical offloading facilities (eg. excavator, loader or crane) to offload this tank.
