Description
Carbery Bunded Tanks consist of a "tank within a tank". Fuel is stored in the inner tank, whilst the outer tank acts as a failsafe in case of a spill, significantly reducing the risk of an environmental pollution incident.
In the UK and Ireland, bunded tanks today are a requirement at all commercial, industrial and institutional installations, as well as the majority of domestic and agricultural installations too.

Outlets:
Bottom Outlet - This heating oil tank is supplied as standard with a 1" Bottom outlet. This outlet is suitable for both gravity and pumped supply systems.
Top Outlet - This option is not suitable for gravity fed appliances such as some cookers. The top outlet is supplied with flexible suction pipe and isolation valve ready for the connection to 10mm pipework. Top outlet tanks require the fitting of a mechanical deaerator such as a Tiger Loop to the boiler (if one hasn't already been fitted).
