The Piusi SB325 AdBlue™ nozzle is a lightweight, plastic automatic nozzle complete with breakway stainless steel spout. The breakaway spout mechanism means that if the vehicle accidently drives away with the nozzle still positioned in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the pump system connected to the AdBlue™ storage tank will not be pulled away. This Piusi AdBlue™ nozzle is an ideal upgrade from a manual nozzle; constructed of plastic but with a sturdy, stainless steel spout, this nozzle is a lightweight, reliable alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles on the market.

This version of the SB325 has an added magnetic miss-filling spout to prevent AdBlue from being put in the diesel tank. This ensures that the AdBlue™ nozzle can only release fluid into a fill point that has a partnering magnetic adaptor fitted into it. By having magnetic adaptor fitted in the AdBlue™ fill point only, the AdBlue™ nozzle is unable to dispense into the diesel tank.

Optional Elafix 40 Magnetic Adaptor:

This nozzle nozzle only dispenses when in contact with the Elafix 40 magnetic adaptor fitted in the vehicle tank to prevent miss-filling into a diesel tank and vice versa.
