This ball cock and float is used to shut off the water supply to a tank or vessel once the water level has reached a predetermined level. 

The float can be moved up or down the arm to achieve the required level.

If ordered with a tank, this valve will be supplied loose for fitting on site. 

This valve is only suitable for rainwater harvesting or water storage tanks which are not used for human drinking water.
