The 3P Combi Filter is high quality and efficient rainwater filter which is suitable for use with above-ground or below-ground rainwater harvesting systems. This filter is suitable for roof areas up to 450m2.

 

The VF1 Combi has two step water cleaning process and with a steeply inclined filter insert dirt is continually washed to the waste water outlet (filter should be cleaned 1-2 times per year). The clean water passes to a small collecting sump which then discharges into the water storage tank.

 

Water cleaned by this filter is suitable for non-potable uses, which includes; garden irrigation, vehicle washing and toilet flushing etc.

 

 

1. As water flows through the inlet the level builds up and is equally distributed across the cascade.  

2. The largest dirt particles flow over the primary filter and then cascades directly to the sewer outlet.

3. The pre-filtered water then flows over the secondary filter sieve (mesh size 0.65 mm).  Due to the special mesh structure of the sieve, any dirt washes directly into the sewer which means the filter is self-cleaning, with very low maintenance.

4. Cleaned water flows to the storage tank, through the Combi's bottom outlet.    

5. Dirt passes to waste.
